Q: HOW AM I CHARGED FOR MY PETS STAY?
A: YOU ARE CHARGED A FULL DAY, THE DAY OF DROP OFF. THE DAY OF PICK UP, YOU HAVE UNTIL 12:00 PM BEFORE YOU ARE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL FULL DAY.
Q: DO YOU HAVE WEEKLY RATES?
A: NO. WE CHARGE DAILY. A DISCOUNT OF 20% IS GIVEN FOR STAYS THAT ARE 30 DAYS OR MORE THAT ARE IN A ROW. WE ALLOW OUR CUSTOMERS TO CUSTOMIZE THEIR PETS STAY, AND WE OFFER MANY AFFORDABLE ROOMS AND PACKAGES FOR ALL OF OUR GUESTS.
Q: WHAT DO WE NEED TO BRING?
A: PROOF OF YOUR PETS VACCINE AND ANY MEDICATION, SUPPLEMENTS OR SPECIAL DIETS THAT YOUR PET REQUIRES.
Q: CAN WE BRING BEDS, BLANKETS AND TOYS?
A: YES; HOWEVER, IT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. PETS WILL BEHAVE DIFFERENTLY HERE, THEM THEY WOULD AT HOME. IF IT IS OF VALUE, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. BEDS, BLANKETS AND TOYS COULD BECOME TORN, SOILED OR DESTROYED. WHEN MOMS AWAY...THE CHILDREN DO PLAY! ALL GUESTS RECIEVE BEDS AND BLANKETS WHICH ARE PROVIDED BY REDWOOD. IF YOU CHOOSE TO LEAVE SPECIAL BELONGINGS IN YOUR PETS ROOM, REDWOOD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOST ITEMS.
Q: CAN WE BRING OUR PETS DISHES?
A: NO – BUT THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS. WE HAVE HOUNDREDS OF STAINLESS STEEL DISHES, WHICH WE USE TO FEED AND WATER OUR CANINE GUESTS. IT IS VERY EASY TO MIX UP YOUR DISHES WITH OURS, RESULTING IN A LOST DISH. THERE ARE SOME GUESTS THAT WILL NOT EAT UNLESS IT IS FROM THEIR OWN DISH, WHICH WE WILL ALLOW. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CLAY OR PORCELIN DISHES.
Q: THIS MAY SOUND WEIRD BUT WE MAKE OUR OWN FOOD FOR OUR PET. WILL YOU FEED THAT?
A: THIS IS A VERY COMMON AND NOT UNUSUAL QUESTION. YES. WE HAVE FRIDGES AND FREEZERS AND CAN EASILY ACCOMODATE YOUR PETS FEEDING NEEDS.
Q: DO WE GET A DISCOUNT, IF WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD?
A: NO – WE PROVIDE ACANA PET FOOD AT NO EXTRA COST, AS A COURTESY TO OUR GUESTS.
Q: MY PET IS SHY OR AGGRESSIVE AND DOES NOT LIKE OTHER DOGS, BUT I STILL WANT IT EXERCISED?
A: NO PROBLEM! WE OFFER PRIVATE ACTIVITES TO ALL OUR GUESTS. WE WILL WORK WITH YOUR PET TO MAKE THEM AS COMFORTABLE AS POSSIBLE.
Q: HOW MANY STAFF DO YOU HAVE?
A: THAT DEPENDS ON THE VOLUME OF GUESTS BEING HOUSED AT ANY GIVEN TIME. IT WILL VARY FROM 4 – 15 PEOPLE AS NEEDED. THERE ARE OWNERS ON THE PREMECISE 24 HOURS A DAY.
Q: CAN MY CAT STAY WITH OUR DOG?
A: AT THIS POINT IN TIME, WE ARE NOT EQUIPPED TO ACCOMODATE SUCH A REQUEST. FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS, THEY HAVE TO BE HOUSED SEPERATELY.
Q: MY PET HAS HEALTH PROBLEMS. IT IS ON MEDICATION. CAN YOU STILL TAKE MY PET?
A: YES, OF COURSE. OUR TRAINED STAFF CAN MAINTAIN YOUR MEDICATION SCHEDULE, WITHIN OUR HOURS OF OPERATION. ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY AFTER HOURS. WE DEAL WITH MANY SENIOR, GERIATRIC, AND SPECIAL NEEDS GUESTS THAT REQUIRE EXTRA CARE. EXTRA CARE WE ARE HAPPY TO PROVIDE. IF IT IS A SERIOUS COMPLICATION, OR REQUIRES AROUND THE CLOCK CARE, PLEASE DISCUSS THE OPTION TO BOARD YOUR PET AT A VET CLINIC. YOU CAN CALL US AND EXPLAIN YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES. OUR OFFICE STAFFWILL BE ABLE TO GADGE IF WE ARE THE BEST OPTION FOR YOUR PET.
